What we collect
We may collect your name, email address, and University of Chicago affiliation when you join the organization, use internal dashboards, or contact us through forms on this site. Additional information may be stored to run club operations (e.g. roster roles, event RSVP notes) as described when you interact with those features.
How we use data
Information is used solely for internal club management— coordinating rehearsals, performances, KonneX, communications, and RSO reporting. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties & storage
Data may be processed by services we rely on to operate the site, including Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL and authentication) and infrastructure providers such as Vercel for hosting. Those providers act under their own privacy terms and security practices.
No sale of data
We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing or data brokerage.

For access, correction, or deletion requests related to information we hold, contact uchicagonexus@gmail.com. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
University policies
As a Registered Student Organization at the University of Chicago, neXus operates within University policies governing student groups, conduct, and data practices where applicable.
